Started Early

I started giving up sugar 1 week early, well actually on Wednesday.  It is going well for the main part.  I did have one slip up yesterday.  Without thinking I had a thin mint.  Yup bought them last weekend before starting and they were sitting out so I had one without thinking.  I did realize I did it later in the day when I refused to do something else with sugar in it. opps.  But we all make mistakes and we cannot beat ourselves up over the little things.  So today is a new day and I will remain sugar free.
